One application. Many lenders. The loan that fits you.

I'm a loan officer with NEXA Mortgage, LLC, a mortgage brokerage. Instead of offering you one bank's products, I compare programs from a network of wholesale lenders and bring you the options that fit your situation.

What a mortgage broker does for you

When you go to a bank, you get that bank's loans, rates, and rules. If you don't fit their box, the answer is usually no. A broker works differently: I take your application once, then look across several lenders to find the ones whose programs, pricing, and guidelines match you.

  • More choices. Different lenders specialize in different borrowers. One may be a better fit for a VA buyer, another for someone self-employed.
  • One point of contact. You work with me from first call to closing. I handle the back-and-forth with the lender.
  • Side-by-side comparison. I'll walk you through your options in plain English so you can choose with confidence.

Your loan is funded by the lender you choose. NEXA Mortgage, LLC does not lend money directly.
