Why I do this
Buying or borrowing against a home is one of the biggest financial moves most people make, and it's usually explained in jargon. I got into mortgages to be the person who translates it: what each number means, what it will cost you, and what your real options are.
Before mortgages, I spent years in management and team-lead roles in busy, customer-facing businesses. That's where I learned what people actually want from someone handling something important for them: a straight answer, a quick callback, and follow-through.
I work with all loan types, and I have a particular focus on HELOCs. A lot of homeowners are sitting on equity they've built but aren't sure how to use it wisely. I help them weigh that decision carefully.
