What's collected

When you submit a form, I receive the information you enter: your name, phone number, email, and details about what you're looking for. If you use the prequalification estimator, I also receive the numbers you entered (income, monthly debts, down payment, credit score range, and the rate you chose) and the estimate it showed you.

Advertising and cookies

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Tag Manager (a tool that loads measurement and advertising tags). They use cookies and similar technologies to measure how my ads perform and to show ads to people who may be interested. It sees which pages are visited and basic device and browser information, and it records when a form is submitted. It does not receive what you type into the forms, including your name, contact details, income, or the estimate shown. You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook ad settings or your browser or phone privacy settings.

How it's used

Only to respond to your inquiry and help with your mortgage questions. Your information is not sold. If you checked the consent box, I may contact you by call, text, or email about your inquiry. You can ask me to stop at any time, and you can reply STOP to any text.

What not to send

Please don't submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or account numbers through this site. If we move forward with an application, that information is collected through a secure application process.
